We now have a mother, says Ziza Bafana as he hails Kenzo on Nyamutoro revelation

Dancehall artiste Ziza Bafana has lauded Uganda National Musicians Federation president Eddy Kenzo over the revelation he made at Comedy Store in Kampala on Idd, stating that  energy state minister Phiona Nyamutoro is the mother of his child.

Towards the back end of 2023, during an interview with a local television station, Kenzo, known to have two daughters, surprised many when he revealed that he also had a son. It's not clear if Nyamutoro is the boy's mother.

“I just want to let you know that Hon. Phionah Nyamutooro is my personal person and we have a kid together,” Kenzo declared on April 10, 2024.

 Ziza Bafana, real name Richard Kasendwa, said Kenzo had taken a step in the right direction to get them a 'mother'.

"We, as the artistes, are happy that we have a mother. We had Kenzo as the father in the federation, now we are so excited to have honourable Phiona, who has became a family to the artiste industry," Ziza said.

He made the remarks during an interview with New Vision during a charity match at the Phillip Omondi Stadium in Lugogo, Kampala on April 14,

He expressed enthusiasm that Nyamutooro would offer artistes support.

"We expect her to help us now because she is part of us. Things are going to run smoothly. I also congratulate Kenzo for choosing a wonderful woman," Ziza Bafana said.
