After only 15 people attended his last concert in Jinja, gospel artiste Juma Mulokole feared a reoccurence of the incident at his Mboneredde (learnt a lesson) concert at House of Rest Fidodido on Kampala Road on Saturday, June 15, 2024.

Well, he was in for a sweet surprise. Many guests showed up to support him at the event sponsored by Vision Group.

Right after his performance, Juma, real name Juma Zizinga, said  he never gave out any free tickets, boasting that  all the guests who attended the concert paid.

How the show started
By 6:00pm, the entrance was open.

The concert started in high gear, with gospel artiste Kirwana Africa performing his songs such as Ssabapanzi, Lwana Nabo Abalwana Nange and Golokoka Yaka that left the audience wanting more.

Kirwana thanked Juma for investing in a Christ-centred event and prayed for him in his absentia.

He, however, expressed disappointment that Born-again Christians often show up in small numbers at their events, discouraging them from organising them.

Another gospel singer, Levixone, started his session with Turn The Replay and the youth in attendance ran wild.

He passed the microphone to Titus Kuteesa and he spiced that performance with his Ndi Mulokolo song.

Other gospel artistes who performed were Betty Namaganda, Betty Nakibuuka, Sergeant Bukenya, Pastor Yazid Muwanguzi, Levixone, Kirwana Africa, Titus Kuteesa, Damasco Ssesanga and  Segmento.

At around 10:00pm, the lights were switched off as Juma was coming on stage. Once he stepped on stage, the lights where switched back on.

He performed Holy, a song on which he featured David Lutalo and the revellers ran wild.

Juma welcomed Pastor Yazid Muwanguzi on stage and they sold USB flash drives of his music. He later welcomed gospel artistes led by Levixone to bless the revellers and they called it a day.
