Mike Mukula petitions Lukwago over Bugolobi noise pollution

Mukula, during a press conference yesterday (Monday, October 21), expressed concerns over the incessant noise from Pentecostal churches and nightclubs and bars that operate in and around residential areas like Bugolobi, Namuwongo, and Kitintale.
