Mama D’s day two

After an exciting first day where she joked and drank beer, Mama D (Dorcus Bashema Kirabo) had it quite tough yesterday (July 6, 2026) in her chase to enter the Guinness Book of World Records as holding the longest cockathon.
By 1pm, fatigue had set in, and you would tell by her slowed movement in the kitchen at Velocity Bar and Grill in Kyanja, Kampala. In the first 13 hours, I have prepared rice and chicken stew first, rolex, then followed porridge, eggs, chapatis and sausages. For lunch, I am preparing a full meal for patients at Mulago Hospital,” said Mama D.

“In the 13 hours, I have only taken one break, to change my adult diapers,” she said. This is going to be a hard 10 days, and we can only wish her luck. “You will not to sleep. We are going to support you, Mama D,” said one of the men, who preferred anonymity because he had escaped from his office to witness the cooking marathon.
