What ruined Eastern top schools?

Kadaga says Jinja Senior Secondary School, found in Jinja city, used to be an academic giant and the biggest school in East and Central Africa. “Unfortunately, that is not the case anymore. The school that used to enrol several students from Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda and Burundi is a shell of its old self,” Kadaga says.
