Govt increases school capitation grants

Turyagyenda explained that the allocations for capitation grants of primary and secondary schools have taken into consideration the uploaded data on the Education Management Information System (EMIS), visa-vie the verifications submitted by local governments. 

During this second term, government universal primary and secondary schools will receive a total of sh119.92b, compared to the sh112.5b released last term. (New Vision/Files)
