Create jobs yourselves – Prof. Kateregga urges graduands

At the ceremony that was presided over by Prof. Dr. Manfred Dietrich, the Honorary Consul of Uganda in Hamburg, Germany, Kateregga stressed that students ought to innovate and embrace every job that comes their way.
