Why are kerosene pumps disappearing from stations?

The drop-in demand has forced the majority of fuel stations to decommission paraffin pumps while the new ones do not completely set them up. For instance, of the 26 fuel stations operating along Entebbe Highway, between Kibuye and Quality Supermarket in Kitende, just one has kerosene.
