Traders win sh1.25b in park shop allocation dispute

As part of the judgment, the court ordered the association to hand over vacant possession of Lock Up Shop No. 763 together with its condominium title to Nabuuma Kakooza. Nabuuma Kakooza was also awarded sh283.5m in general damages for loss of rental income and loss of use of the premises over the years she was deprived of the shop.
