Should Africa expect something from the COP28?
The big question is, should Africa sit back and wait for the global north to dictate the agenda? Should we continuously be waiting for such meetings to go ahead with tackling climate change? My answer is no, I feel Africa and Uganda in particular have local solutions that can solve some challenges.
