DUBAI - It was a happy moment at Hyatt Regency Hotel in Deira, Dubai in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) as Ugandan delegates interacted with potential investors from the Arab World and Ugandans living in the diaspora.

Away from the official speeches and presentations, guests got the opportunity to interact and exchange business cards, hugged and smiled as they negotiated deals that are expected to culminate into real contracts and investment ventures.
