Kenya court halts award of Mumias Sugar to Ugandan firm
High Court judge Justice Anthony Ndungu of Milimani High Court on Wednesday certified as urgent and ordered Mumias receiver-manager, Ponangipalli Venkata Ramana Rao, not to proceed with the lease award to the Ugandan firm.
