Buikwe residents welcome Mutasingwa, the district’s first minister

Mutasingwa is the Buikwe Woman Member of Parliament. Before contesting for the parliamentary seat, she first contested for Njeru Municipality mayor in 2019, but was defeated by Yasin Kyazze.

The 31-year-old sat her PLE at Kampala Parents’ School, before joining Greenhill Academy for O’ and A level.
