The Government of Uganda and the European Union signed a Financing Agreement on 13th January 2017 to support a10 Million Euro Grant project within the Ministry of Agriculture, Animal Industry and Fisheries (MAAIF), thus “Promoting Environmentally Sustainable Commercial Aquaculture Project” (PESCA).
