Uganda Airlines set to resume flights to Mombasa

Uganda Airlines the national carrier is set to resume its usual scheduled international flights to Mombasa this Friday.

In a statement released on Wednesday, Uganda Airlines noted that flights to Mombasa would be scheduled three times a week.

The flights were suspended in March as a move to curb the spread of COVID-19.

Travellers to Mombasa spend an hour and 50 minutes on a direct flight from Entebbe.

Uganda Airlines currently has regional routes to Nairobi, Dar es Salaam, Bujumbura, Mombasa, Zanzibar, Kilimanjaro, Mogadishu and Juba.

The national carrier will soon be launching the Entebbe-Dubai route, Entebbe-Johannesburg and Entebbe-Kinshasa, once it acquires its state of art Airbus A330-neo.
