Heavy afternoon downpour leaves Kampala roads flooded

Road users, especially pedestrians in Kampala were left stranded after several roads were flooded during a heavy downpower this afternoon.

Our photo journalist, Richard Sanya, captured the situation on Jinja road, just outside the Electoral Commission offices

Meanwhile, Stuart Yiga was in the city center and captured the situation at the City Square.
