WWE Raw, NXT and SmackDown thrills on

Sep 10, 2020

The action begun today with WWE NXT Episode 581.

Fans of the WWE can gear up for another thrilling week of action on Supersport with live airings of the NXT, SmackDown and Raw shows running from September 10 to September 15.

The action begun today with WWE NXT Episode 581.

Last week's Four-Way Iron Man Match for the NXT Championship ended in a 2-2 draw between Finn Balor and Adam Cole, leading general manager William Regal to say the following:

"Next week, on NXT Super Tuesday 2, you two (Balor and Cole) will face each other, one-on-one in this ring. One fall to the finish, and then the winner will be the new NXT Champion."

Meanwhile, Rhea Ripley has laid down the following challenge to Mercedes Martinez: "I am sick and tired of you sticking your nose in my business. I thought you got the message when I power-bombed you onto the concrete, but apparently you're too thick for that.

"So now I'm going to have to rip you limb from limb, but I don't want to do that in an ordinary match... I want to do that in a steel cage match!"

Saturday  September, 12 brings Episode 1099 of WWE SmackDown. With Roman Reigns establishing himself as the ‘Big Dog' with the Universal Championship, all eyes will be on JeyUso as he looks to step up and challenge for the title at Clash of Champions later this month.

Uso defeated King Corbin, Sheamus and Matt Riddle in a Fatal Four-Way match last week to earn a shot at the belt. Will the ‘Big Dog' wreck his cousin to retain his title, or will JeyUso welcome Reigns to The Uso Penitentiary and put the Universal Title on lockdown?

September 15 will feature Episode 1425 of WWE Raw. All eyes will be on the simmering rivalry between WWE Champion Drew McIntyre and ‘The Viper' Randy Orton, after the latter emerged victorious from a triple threat match with Seth Rollins and Keith Lee to win himself a title shot at Clash of Champions later this month.

"Am I feeling more confident heading into Clash of Champions than I was at Summer Slam [where McIntyre defeated Orton]? Yeah. Yeah, I think so," said a brooding Orton, who is chasing a 14th spell as either heavyweight or WWE champion.
