Parliamentary fashion: How male MPs show up for work

As per the rules of Parliament, a male MP is supposed to be "suited up" or dressed in one of the many traditional outfits. As the 10th Parliament comes to the finish line, some of these rules seem to have been forgotten. Our photographer Miriam Namutebi took some photos showing how some of the MP's show up to discuss national issues. Have some of the MP's forgotten the rules?
