Moslems usher in Eid Al Adha

Moslems across the country have began cerebrations of Eid Al Adha this morning (Friday July 31).

In Uganda, the main prayers will be held at the Uganda Muslim Supreme Council National Mosque at Old Kampala and only 20 people will be in attendance, in line with COVID-19 standard operation procedure guidelines.

The Secretary General of Uganda Muslim Supreme Council Sheik Ramadhan Mugaru says the Mufti of Uganda Shiek Shaban Ramadhan Mubajje will  lead the scientific prayers.
