The Archbishop of the Church of Uganda, Dr Stephen Samuel Kaziimba Mugalu has asked Christians to stop being hypocrites while at their places of work, for it has led to collapse of some organizations.

He made the remarks on Saturday at Namirembe Bishop's residence as he presided over the Kabaka prayers for reaching the 27th coronation cerebrations.

Kazimba accused some Christians who pretend to be true friends yet they are the most dangerous ones, adding that believers should be careful at all times.

"You find hypocrites at work, in Churches even in Buganda kingdom and surprisingly, those are nearer the Kabaka pretending to praise him yet they are the most dangerous. We should be very careful of such people," Kazimba said.

He also applauded the Buganda kingdom for inviting the Anglican missionaries who brought the Christian faith to Uganda.

However, Katikkiro, Charles Peter Mayiga explained some of the achievements Buganda has reached in the last 27 years including, the education sector, farming, health services, among others.

In his speech read by the Kingdom's Minister for Culture Owek. Kiwalabye Male, Mayiga urged people in Buganda to continue involving themselves in farming most especially planting coffee and matooke.

Bishop Wilberforce Kityo Luwalira and the Namirembe mission coordinator Rev Samuel Muwonge accompanied Kazimba as he presided over the prayers.
