Netherlands donates motorcycles, pickup to police

Kasingye said the police force will put the equipment to good use.

The Netherlands Embassy has donated five motorcycles and a pick up double cabin to facilitate the police working in refugee settlements.

The ambassador of Netherlands, H.E Jenkins Jan Bakker, handed over the equipment to the police, to facilitate their movement in the refugee settlement, in Northern Uganda.

The items were received by the Assistant Inspector General of Police (AIGP), Asan Kasingye, on behalf of the Inspector General of Police (IGP), Martin Okoth Ochola, at the Police headquarters in Naguru, Kampala.

Kasingye said the police force will put the equipment to good use.
