New Vision sports poll: Who was your best sports star of the year?

A quick glance at the past 12 months immediately reveals what a special year of sport 2019 has been. In fact, it was one of the best years in history for Uganda with three major athletics medals, a netball World Cup appearance and Afcon participation, among others.

What better to celebrate these achievements and honour the women and men responsible for them than taking part in the New Vision Sports top achievers annual end of year poll?

Yeah, it is back and loaded, with five nominees in each of the four categories that have drawn up to honour Uganda's top performers of 2019. And, of course, it is your vote, your voice that will decide who wins Team of the year, Youth Sports Personality of the Year, Sportswoman and Sportsman of the Year.
