KAMPALA - Commonwealth delegates visited Lubiri Palace and Bulange Mengo on Wednesday. They were welcomed by Katikkiro Charles Peter Mayiga and Prince David Wasajja. They checked out Kabaka Ronald Muwenda Mutebi's collection, among other things.
