The rains that started Tuesday morning, left parking lots in several commercial complexes completely submerged

Heavy rains wreaked havoc in Kampala and its suburbs on Tuesday as water entered some residential areas, schools, shops, and flooded roads.
 
The rains that started Tuesday morning, left parking lots in several commercial complexes completely submerged while roads turned into rivers with two to three feet water.
