SK Mbuga's wife arrested over money laundering

Mrs. Mbuga was arrested on Thursday night in Muyenga.

The Police in Kampala is holding Angella Vivienne Chebet Mbuga, the wife to Sulaiman Kabangala, commonly known as Sk Mbuga, over money laundering.
 
According to Vincent Sekate, the Public Relations Officer at the Criminal Investigations Department (CID), Mrs. Mbuga was arrested on Thursday night in Muyenga, where she was reportedly hiding.
 
"We are investigating a case of money laundering," Sekate told New Vision online in a telephone interview.
 
He said there are three suspects in the case who include SK Mbuga and a one Mbaabali Mohammed.
