Notice from Ministry of Energy and Mineral Development

1. The Ministry of Energy and Mineral Development has allocated funds to be used for the acquisition of individual consultant to draft regulations for the Biofuels Act 2018. 
2. The Entity now invites eligible Individual Consultant to submit sealed expressions of interest for the abovementioned consultancy. 
3. In principal the individual consultant will be required to draft regulations for the Biofuels Act 2018, undertaking the following:
