Who wore it best at DC's Uganda festival

DIASPORA-It was all about colour, class and elegance at the peak of the Uganda festival that took place between August 30 and  September 3, 2018 at Gaylord National Resort and Convention Centre in Washington D.C, USA.

According to the program of the event organised by Ugandans in the US under their umbrella organisation; Ugandans in North America Association Causes (UNAA Causes), the dress code of the day was bow ties and gowns. Revellers did not disappoint as many turned up smartly dressed for the event.
