Nkima win Bika bya Baganda football tournament

Nkima Clan finally won the 2018 Bika bya Baganda football tournament after 25 years.

Nkima had last won trophy in 1993, but managed to bring it home on Saturday after staging a spirited fight against a determined Mpindi team in the presence of Kabaka Ronald Muwenda Mutebi.

"I am so excited by our players' performance especially Arthur Kiggundu, who scored the only goal that has enabled us to win this year's trophy," said John Mugerwa one of the fans, who traveled from Mityana to watch the finals.

In the other matches played, Ffumbe team secured the 3rd place after beating Mmamba Kakoboza 1-0.
