TERMS AND CODITIONS FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION
1. Pre-qualifi cation will be conducted in accordance with public procurement and disposal of Public Assets Act 2003 and LGPPDA, 2006. Bidding documents shall be picked from the procurement and disposal unit Oyam upon payment of a non refundable fee as follows including charges Category( A) UGX: 102,500/=, Category (B) UGX: 72,500/= and Category (C-a) UGX: 52,500/=for Each of the items in any of the categories (A,B,C) to Oyam District Local Government General fund Account No. 01983501002597 With DFCU Bank, Lira Branch and thereafter obtain a general receipt from the District Cashier.
