KCCA v SC Villa-StarTimes Stadium

Isaac Kisujju and Michael Birungi were on target as Shafik Bisaso managed his first league victory as Express coach.

Bisaso has been in charge of seven games, won and drawn one game and losing five. Despite the victory Express remained second from bottom with 15 points, one above bottom side UPDF.

The Forte bet Man of the Match Alfred Leku  walked away with a trophy and cash prize of sh100,000.

This initiative was organised by the betting firm Forte Bet in conjunction with the Uganda Premier League to boost competition among strikers.

Elsewhere, Anthony Mayanja and Musa Esenu each had a goal as Kirinya Jinja SS beat Police 2-0 at Bugembe stadium,Jinja, while Forte bet Man of the Match Shafik Kagimu scored the only goal as URA defeated Bright Stars 1-0 at Mandela National stadium,Namboole.

At St Mary's stadium, Milton Karisa and Erisa Ssekisambu were on target as Vipers moved to second place in the Azam Uganda Premier League.

The 2-0 win over Onduparaka saw Vipers go to 32 points, one below leaders SC Villa. But SC Villa has a gamein hand.
