A final verdict on the matter will be communicated before match day two of the league
New Uganda Premier League entrants Masavu risk being docked three points and three goals after failing to produce licences for their players in yesterday's league opener.
Masavu who were supposed to play Police FC at Fisheries Training Institute in Entebbe had the game called.
Club CEO Muzafar Ssebagala was on Tuesday seen at FUFA House in Mengo before kickoff attempting to secure the licenses.
After Ssebagala failed to secure the licenses, match commissioner Edirisa Kiwanuka was forced to call off the match well after 5pm.
League organizers on Tuesday stated that a final verdict on the matter will be communicated before match day two of the league which resumes on Friday.
