Ainebyona made the promise at the closing ceremony after the women's final where Vision Volleyball Club (Uganda) lost to Rwanda Revenue Authority 3-1 at Lugogo Indoor MTN Arena.
A total of 17 local clubs and 8 foreign clubs from Rwanda, Tanzania, Kenya and Burundi were represented.
However, it was not a casual weekend for the hosts as Uganda exited the tournament with no trophy in both the men and women categories.
In the men's semifinal matc, Uganda's side KAVC lost to Rwanda's APR 23-24, 25-22, 19-25, 23-25.
After the game, Ainebyona said that KAVC in partnership with National Social Security Fund will work hard towards promoting the sport in Uganda.
"With the help of NSSF for the past 9 years, we pledge efforts towards developing volleyball in Uganda," said Ainebyona.
KAVC both women and men won their third place playoff games against Ndejje and Rwanda Energy respectively to go in with $300 money prize each.
