Singo and Gomba will face off in the Airtel Masaza Cup final slated for August 26 at the Mandela National Stadium, Namboole.
This comes after Ssingo eliminated Busiro 3-1 on aggregate in the two legged semifinals while Gomba ejected Buddu 4-3 in penalties after 1 all draw.
Gomba who had lost the first leg 1-0 in an abandoned match, managed to bounce back through llan Sserunga's strike at Masaka Recreational stadium to level matters with Buddu in the return leg. They later went on to win the game 4-3 after spot kicks.
Elsewhere, Ssingo continued their performance when they defeated visitors Busiro 2-1 at the Mityana Ssaza ground. Earlier they had won the first leg 1-0 thus advancing to the final with 3-1 on aggregate.
This will be a repeat of the 2014 final that was hosted at the Mutesa II Stadium in Wankulukuku but Gomba managed to come out as victors.
Skipper Dube Ssebuwufu and Jude Ssemugabi each had a goal for Ssingo.
