Kakooza made the remarks during the priestly ordination of Fr Michael Ochwo and Fr Anthony Ochen at St Peter's Catholic Church, Nsambya on Saturday.
Fr Ochwo and Fr Ochen are both Ugandan members of the Jesuit Order, one of the oldest and most respected religious missionary societies of the Catholic Church.
