ACC 160/6 SKLPS 162/7
(SKLPS win by 3 wickets)
Division 3
Avengers 172/6 Nyakasura 140/5

When Aziz Damani graduated to division one, it left behind a more open competition with no guaranteed forerunners in the second tier.

Now, the demotion of Tornado was expected to translate into a Tornado dominated second division but that is not the case yet as the race is very much in the balance with Premier, Strikers ACC and SKLPS showing commitment.

SKLPS' Chetan Harai and Depak Limbani   were in the eye of the no walk 3 wickets win against Africa Cricket Club (ACC) to move second  (16 points) on the log Sunday at the Budo oval.

Chetan picked 2/27 in 5 overs to restrict ACC to 160 in the first innings of the game. Depak Limbani then led the way for SKLPS in their successful chase, knocking 43 from 41 balls.

Yusuf Nanga's half century of   63 from 55 only mattered on a personal level when his side could not defend their 160 score on the board . Travor Kapere had also weighed in with 30 from 42 balls before ACC faltered. Premier are leading the table on a one hundred percent record 18 points .

Meawhile Osman Hamza grabbed a match's best 70 from 41balls as Avengers overcame Nyakasura in commanding fashion, winning by 32 runs in the division 3 action Saturday at Budo.
