CAF to inspect KCCA and Vipers stadiums

The two venues will be inspected by CAF official Mclead Peter Kenneth.

Phillip Omondi and St.Mary's stadiums owned by KCCA FC and Vipers respectively will be inspected on Saturday ahead of the CAF Champions League and CAF Confederation Cup ties slated for next month.

Ian will do the inspection of St Mary's in the morning and then Phillip Omondi Stadium later in the afternoon on Saturday.

KCCA FC face Angola's Clube Desportivo 1º de Agosto in  the first leg of the  preliminary round between February 10-12 before travelling for the return leg on February 17.

The winner between KCCA and Clube Desportivo 1º de Agosto will face defending champions Mamelodi Sundowns in the final round in March.

Meanwhile, Vipers will host Volcan Club de Moroni from Comoros in the first leg of CAF Confederation Cup before travelling to Moroni for the return leg on February 17.

The winner  between Vipers/ Volcan Club de Moroni will either play South Africa side Platinum Stars or União Desportiva do Songo of Mozambique in the first round in March.
