New Express coach Matia Lule has named Joseph Kiwanuka as his deputy.

Kiwanuka who has been based in South Africa once played with Lule at defunct State House.

"We are now ready to deliver our targets. Like I said I have come to re-build Express" Lule stated.

Kiwanuka who holds a CAF B license joins Abu Kigenyi who was retained as goalkeeping coach.

Lule who was unveiled as Express boss on Sunday on a three-year contract, was also at KCCA and Entebbe FC before joining Stand United in Tanzania.

He replaces Wasswa Bbosa who resigned on Tuesday last week after his side settled for a 1-1 draw with URA in the Uganda Premier League at Wankulukuku Stadium.

Bbosa blamed some of the club officials for interfering in his work that's why he left the club.

His exit came after Express had gone six games without a win; drawing five and losing one
