Cranes coach Micho names squad for Botswana game

Captain Geoffrey Massa arrives from South Africa on Monday. Emma Okwi and Kizito Luwagga will jet in on Tuesday.

Faruku Miya, Murushidi Juuko and goalkeeper Salim Jamal have arrived for the Uganda Cranes' preparations for the Africa Nations Cup qualifier against Botswana on June 4.

The trio is expected to be joined by team captain Geoffrey Massa who arrives from South Africa on Monday. Emma Okwi and Kizito Luwagga will jet in on Tuesday.

Werder Bremen striker Melvyn Lorenzen is the Cranes biggest new inclusion but it is unclear when he will jet in.

The 21 year-old is finally set to feature for his country as he was named among the seven strikers in the 21 players-squad by coach Micho Sredejovic. Another new face in the young squad is Rayon Sports striker Kasirye Davis.
