SC Villa ended their five game winless streak with a 1-0 away win against Police at Kavumba Recreation ground.

Earlier they had drawn 0-0 and 3-3 with Express and Soana before being beaten1-0, 2-0 and 3-0 by KCCA FC, Saints and URA respectively. 

Kirya Ambrose scored the only goal for the Jogoos in the 87th minute. In the same game, Police's Yasin Mubiru was sent off after two bookable offences.

For a second consecutive match Villa were without five of their suspended players due to indiscipline. The players who were suspended include; captain Jonathan Mugabi, Nicholas Sebwato, Abdulkarim Kasule, Karim Ndugwa and Misi Katende.   

Elsewhere,BUL beat already relegated side Sports Club Victoria University (SCVU) 3-0  at Namboole Stadium. 

Hakim Magombe, Phillip Ssempiira and Salim Wekiya each netted for the Jinja side.
