The Lukiiko condemned these unagreed to dealings and invited the British Government to give its full backing to its rejection of the recommendations

The Kabaka of Buganda rejected the Privy Councilor's report on the lost counties.

He told the Colonial Secretary in a telegram that he dissociated himself from the report because its basis was entirely different from those previously agreed up on between him and the Secretary of State.

The Buganda Lukiiko also told the Colonial Secretary in another telegram that it was reaffirming its earlier resolutions that in no circumstances would Buganda ever agree to the transfer of her territories and the Kabaka's subjects to Bunyoro.

The Lukiiko was also astonished to hear of the British Prime Minister's secret letter to the commissioners going back on the expressed terms of reference which were agreed between the British government and the Kabaka.

The Lukiiko condemned these unagreed to dealings and invited the British Government to give its full backing to its rejection of the recommendations.
