Minimum Requirements

General Requirements:

• Commercial & Instrument license (ATPL holders will have an added advantage)

• First Class Medical certificate required.

• Pilots must have flown in category within the previous 12 months

Flight Hours (Flight time must be verified through reliable documentation)

2 CHIEF FLYING INSTRUCTOR:

Kajjansi Flying School seeks a self-starting professional to fill the role of Chief Flying Instructor at our Kajjansi training facility.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Director Flight Operations office to manage your local training center's schedule for optimal efficiency and customer service.

• Support flight operations by coordinating aircraft, student, and instructor resources with weather and operational needs

• Monitor instructor and student productivity and efficiency

• Provide a high level of customer service to customers touring, visiting, or conducting training at the facility

• Provide full-time, on-site management and standardization of Training Center Instructors

• Provide stage checks, evaluation flights and training as needed

• Manage all aspects of ATO operations and recordkeeping

• Perform administrative and office support activities.

Qualification:

• Aviation training department experience

• Excellent communication skills required

• Mastery of email communication required

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Must be both a team player, and perform well independently

• ATO training record compliance experience

• Prefer ATPL Holder
