In the reverse fixture, Saints and Soana shared the spoils at Kavumba Recreation Ground in Wakiso.

The Saints FC will be in action Saturday at home (Namboole Stadium) against Soana FC in the Azam Premier League.

Buoyed by a 3-1 win over Jinja-based BUL FC, Saints want to build onto that bright start to the second round of the season.

In the reverse fixture, Saints and Soana shared the spoils at Kavumba Recreation Ground in Wakiso.

The club's CEO Pius Bamwange says all players are fit and are ready to fight for the three points up for grabs.

The home captain Fahad Kawooya re-echoed a similar stance, saying they cannot afford to lose any home game if they are to avoid the drop.

They are lying precariously in second-bottom of the table with 13 points - above Maroons FC.

Soana have collected four points in the two second round games they have played so far.

They followed up a 2-1 win over Sadolin Paints FC in Bugembe with a one-all draw with Simba FC at home.

Soana's Ayub Kiiza and team captain Timothy Musinguzi are ruled out of the game due to injuries they picked up in training.

Willy Kavuma and Musa Eseno are to pass a late fitness test if they are to future in Saturday's game.

The club CEO David Katono Mutono said they are determined to collect three points from Saints FC.

"We have added morale to the players by paying all their salaries and advances," he said. "The best team will go away with points at the end of the day."
