Over 15 million eligible voters for 2016 polls

Over 15 million Ugandans have been verified as eligible voters for the 2016 general elections.

This after the Electoral Commission (EC) finalized the compilation of the final national voters gegister.

The register has been uploaded on the Electoral Commission website register for any person to easily check for his or her name plus the polling station.

Deputy Spokesperson, Paul Bukenya, said all presidential aspirants after nomination will be issued with a soft copy of the register.
