UPDF rescues 14-year-old girl from LRA

UPDF has rescued a 14-year-old girl from LRA rebels along Democratic Republic of Congo border with Central Africa Republic.  

Army spokesperson Paddy Ankunda said the girl rescued from LRA had been abducted from Bitima in DRC in 2009.

According to Ankunda, the rescued girl applauded UPDF for the professional conduct in rescue mission.
