Naggalama Hospital to get new surgical ward

MTN dealers have donated sh4m towards the construction of a surgical ward at Naggalama hospital in Mukono district.

The donation coincided with MTN Uganda 21 days of y’ello care celebration where MTN staff made voluntary contributions towards the improvement of education at various schools and education institutions around the country.

As such, it was befitting that the MTN dealers, who form the foundation of MTN network’s sales and distribution also took part in the initiative.

The cheque was handed over by Andrew Ntegeka of C&A Telecom, Esther A. Owor of Otada Telecom, Edward Muhumuza of Dembelyo Telecom, all representing the executive committee of the dealer forum. MTN was represented by Andrew Rugamba and Isaiah Semamuli.


Receiving the contribution Sister Jane Frances said: “We’re delighted to receive this contribution. We are sincerely grateful for your support towards the construction of a new surgical ward.”
