Bukedde TV presenters have won Best of the Best Awards (BBA) in different categories.
Richard Kayiira Ssaalongo , a news reader of popular Agataliiko Nfuufu scooped best news anchor award, beating Doreen Komuhangi (NBS), Jackie Lumbasi (UBC), Frank Walusimbi ( NTV) and Daniel Katabira ( NBS).
Flavia Namulindwa who presents Oluyimba Lwo and Ful Doz programs won the best TV presenter award. Ful Doz was voted the best TV music show.
The organisers of these awards focused on the period between June 2014 and July 2015 and the public participated through sending messages in support of nominated persons.
The Katikkiro of Buganda was voted best duty performer.
Jose Chameleone was voted top celebrity while Davi Lutalo won best artist award.
Bebe Cool’s Love you every day won best music video.
Best dancehall award went to Ziza Bafana while Eddie Kenzo’s Sitya loss was voted song of the Year.
Other winners include: Da nu eagles voted as best band, Gravity Omutujju took best hip hop award and Irene Ntale voted best female artist.
Sam Bagenda commonly known as Dr. Bbosa won best actor award.
Winners were announced at a function organized at Club Ambiance.
