LUGAVE run riot as they thrashed Kayozi 11-1 in the ongoing Bika 2013 series at Nakivubo Stadium on Tuesday, to improve their chances of winning the tournament.

Ndugwa Mukiibi who walked away with the Man of the Match award, scored five goals while Karim Ndugwa and Joram Katende both netted a brace.

Hakis Semakula’s late goal sealed the win before Allan Mukasa scored a consolation goal for Kayozi.

This was the biggest score in a Bika match this season and second to Ngabi Nsamba’s historic 15-0 win over Mbwa in 1987.

Today Kkobe, the 2008 winners of the annual event take on Njovu while tomorrow Mutima Musagi dates Mpologoma with all matches being played at Nakivubo Stadium.
