Wakiso Hills registered their first win in the FUFA Women Elite League with a 2-0 defeat of Ajax at Wakiso headquarters on Sunday. Hills had lost five games and drawn one before the win.

Wakiso Hills registered their first win in the FUFA Women Elite League with a 2-0 defeat of Ajax at Wakiso headquarters on Sunday. Hills had lost five games and drawn one before the win.


However they remain bottom of the table in the Elizabeth group with four points.

At Mukono, UCU Lady Cardinals played to one all draw with Western United while She Mak St was defeated 2-0 by She Corporates at Makerere grounds. Stellah Kaliba and Sanya Sawuyah each had a goal for the Nakawa based side.

In the mother and daughter rivalry, Hasifah Nassuna  of Kawempe Muslim  put up a better show than her mother Annet Nakimbugwe   who stars  for Buikwe She Red Stars,  when she  netted a double as they defeated Buikwe She Red Stars 2-0 at Kawempe  Muslim ground.

This was the second time Nassuna  was meeting her mother Nakimbugwe  in a competitive match.
