INVITATION TO BID FOR CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS
1. The Uganda Industrial Research Institute (UIRI) has allocated funds under the proposed budget allocations for the FY
2013/14 to be used for the construction of a fruit wine processing plant and a poultry house in Kigezi.
2. The Uganda Industrial Research Institute (UIRI) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the following construction
projects;

1 .The Uganda Industrial Research Institute (UIRI) under the delegated authority of the Ministry of Education and Sports has allocated funds under the Uganda Petroleum Institute, Kigumba (UPIK) budget allocations for the FY 2012/13 to be used for the acquisition of a brand new double cabin pick up.
2. The Uganda Industrial Research Institute (UIRI) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of a
brand new double cabin pick up for the UPIK Secretariat.
3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Open Domestic Bidding procedures contained in the Government
of Uganda’s Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003, and is open to all bidders from eligible
source countries.
