Over 700 youth from Bugisu and Sebei sub-region are stranded in Mbale town. The youth from Bukwo, Kween, Kapchorwa, Manafwa, Bududa, Sironko and Bulambuli districts had travelled to meet President Yoweri Museveni at a purported youth retreat.
